Our services are consultation-based and include personal style analysis, wardrobe audits, and styling guidance. Once a consultation session has been completed, the service has been delivered and cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns about the quality or content of our services.
Return Period
For consultation services, cancellation and refund requests must be made within the following timeframes:
- Pre-paid consultations may be cancelled and refunded if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Completed consultations may be eligible for review and potential partial refund if concerns are raised within 7 days of the session
- Package services may be cancelled before the second session for a prorated refund
Return Conditions
To be eligible for cancellation, refund, or service adjustment, the following conditions must be met:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or phone
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance for full refund eligibility
- Service concerns must be reported within 7 days of the consultation session
- Clients must provide specific details about their concerns or reasons for cancellation
- All consultation materials and notes provided must be returned if requested
Return Shipping Costs
As our services are consultation-based and delivered in person or virtually, there are no physical products to return. However, the following applies:
- No shipping costs apply to consultation services
- If consultation materials or style guides are provided in physical format and need to be returned, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client
- Digital materials do not require return and will be handled according to our data retention policies

- Same-day cancellations or no-shows without prior arrangement
- Services that have been substantially utilized or implemented
- Digital materials, style guides, or recommendations that have been accessed or downloaded
However, we will review each situation individually and may make exceptions based on circumstances.
General Legal Requirements

- Clients have the right to cancel pre-paid services within the specified timeframe

Order Cancellation Policy
For consultation appointments and service bookings:
- You may cancel your appointment at any time before the scheduled session
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full consultation fee
- In cases of documented emergency or illness, we will work with you to reschedule without penalty

Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation appointment with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
Refund Policy
Consultation fees paid in advance are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within seven days to discuss your concerns.
We will review each situation individually and may offer a partial refund, credit toward future services, or a complimentary follow-up session at our discretion based on the circumstances.
Package Services
For multi-session consultation packages, refunds for unused sessions may be provided on a prorated basis if requested before the second session. Once multiple sessions have been completed, the package is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your consultation, please let us know immediately during or after the session. We will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure you receive value from our services.
